The service consisted in the custom design and implementation of a micro-learning program with gamification through m-learning. The objective was to reinforce the knowledge of the company's security procedures maintained by the collaborators. The implementation of the program was successfully carried out with 33 company employees, including operational personnel and middle management. It lasted 4 weeks.
The micro-learning methodology included different activities: information capsules, videos, reflection questions, self-evaluation questions, knowledge challenges and case analysis.
